Jochen Vanderspikken was born in Tongeren, Belgium in 1995. He obtained his B.Sc. degree in chemistry in 2016 at Hasselt University. During his bachelor, he worked on the synthesis of donor materials for organic photovoltaics under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Wouter Maes. Currently, he is pursuing a MSc. in Molecular Systems and Materials Chemistry and doing his graduation project on Photoredox reactions in Luminescent Solar Concentrator-PhotoMicroreactors in the Noël research group.
