Fabiola Fanini graduated cum laude in 2019 in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology at university of Urbino. During her M.Sc. thesis, she worked on the synthesis of unnatural D-tryptophan derivatives under the supervision of Prof. Giovanni Piersanti. From November 2020, she is a Ph.D. candidate at university of Urbino in medicinal chemistry. Her Ph.D. project focuses on the design, synthesis and optimization of melatonin receptors ligands including new multi-target compounds (melatonin agonists and MAGL inhibitors). Currently, Fabiola is a PhD visiting in the NRG group working on XAT photochemistry in flow.
